Prosecutor Survey Results


In 1997 the State Bar of Texas Committee on the Provision of Legal Services to the Poor in Criminal Matters conducted a survey of a random sample of prosecutors in Texas. The Committee employed the total design method (Dillman 1978) to administer the survey. The response rate to this survey was 57% (1.942 surveys were mailed and 1,113 surveys were returned).
