RE:                 Consolidation of the Office of Internal Audit

                        and the Office of Institutional Compliance

The Office of Internal Audit and the Office of Institutional Compliance will be consolidated effective June 1, 2004 under a new Office of Assurance Services.  Jennifer Chapman will be Executive Director and will be responsible for the activities of the Office of Assurance Services, reporting to the Office of the President. In addition, Ms. Chapman will be the University's Compliance Officer.

The Office of Assurance Services will be temporarily located in the Watson Building and can be reached at extension 22080, fax 25359 or Box 19110.  Questions regarding the on-line compliance training should be directed to extension 25100.  During the month of June, the office will relocate to suite 412 in the First Savings Bank building at the corner of Border Street and Center Street.
