Submit a Core Course Application
Click on the link below to begin an application. Select the core area – e.g. Life & Physical Science for a course in Chemistry, etc. – and fill out application.
Completed applications require being submitted in their entirety (required fields cannot be blank).
Once an application it is not editable and changes must be made through a system administrator.
If you are accessing the Core Proposal Form from outside of the UTA network you will be asked to login.
Either enter your netid in the uta\netID format shown below, or use a VPN. If you would like set up a VPN, please follow the instructions provided by OIT: http://www.uta.edu/vpn/
The submission portal will close on August 10, 2013.
