Upload Your Actual Syllabus

Once you have uploaded your course information at https://bcs.uta.edu/Syllabus/SYLogin.jsp you may upload a personalized version of your course information. Note: Your syllabus must be created using MS Word to use this utility.


1. Open a web browser and enter the following address:

http://www2.uta.edu/syllabi/

Syllabus Upload Login Page.This is the Login Page for the Syllabus Utility. You will be promoted for a username and ID. Enter the same username and ID that you use to establish an internet connection at UTA.

2. First time users should select "Upload a Syllabus". You may also use this screen to replace a syllabus, delete a sysllabus, or view a list of those syllabi you have uploaded.



Course Info.3. Enter the department, course number, section, semester, and the location of the MS Word version of your syllabus.

Select the "Submit" button.



Success Prompt.4. You will be prompted that the syllabus has been successfully uploaded and given a path location. Copy that link location and enter it in Field 9 "Additional
Course Information" of the standardized syllabi form.

Note: This version of your syllabus will not be linked directly to the schedule of classes. You must complete the standardized syllabi form and then specify the link of your personalized syllabus before this information will be linked to the schedule of classes and available to students.
