UT Arlington respects our employees’ rights to their religious beliefs and does not discriminate on the basis of religion. Although we do not comment on personnel matters or cases in litigation, the accusations made in this lawsuit filed by the Liberty Legal Institute are a gross distortion of the truth. The decision in question was upheld by the Texas Workforce Commission and the Texas Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
