ARLINGTON—There will be activity at the natural gas site at the southeast corner of The University of Texas at Arlington campus the week of June 2. Carrizo Oil & Gas, Inc. will be installing what is known as a completion rig.

The completion rig is much smaller than the original drilling rig that was moved last week. It is being installed to prepare the wells for the fracturing process, which will take place later this summer. Installation of the completion rig will cause very little noise at the site and is expected to be complete within one week.
