Shenzen EMBA 2006

Description: This is an applied course that examines how modern corporations use human resource management (HRM) to enhance organizational capabilities and achieve strategic objectives.  Through the assigned readings, case discussion and various class exercises we will examine how the acquisition, deployment, assessment and retention of an organization’s workforce impacts productivity and firm performance in various contexts.
