Works in the area of structural analysis, design and testing of advanced composites. Has experience in finite element modeling, design, manufacturing, testing, and non-destructive evaluation of composites, including performing tests according to ASTM standards and modifying ASTM standards to needs. Statistical modeling experience includes sampling techniques for use with Bayesian modeling.

Mathematical analysis with emphasis on solution techniques and engineering applications. Topics include ordinary differential equations (ODE), Laplace Transformation, numerical solution of ODE, boundary value problems, Fourier series, Sturm-Liouville problem and vector calculus.
