As a FDP member institution, the University of Texas at Arlington falls under special terms and conditions for selected federal funding agencies. These special terms and conditions apply to all FDP member institutions and on some issues allow exception to OMB circular (A-21 and A-110) regulations. In addition to the general terms and conditions for FDP members, there are agency specific FDP terms that must also be followed. Following is a listing of federal agencies participating in FDP and their specific FDP terms and conditions:

FDP terms pertain to federal grants issued from federal agencies participating in FDP. Since UTA joined FDP Phase IV in September 2002, FDP terms would apply to new or competing renewals awarded after September 2002.
