Core Enterprise Group Meetings

The Commercialization of Research Core Enterprise meetings are held at UT Arlington campus. Co-Chaired by Vice President of Research for UTA, Dr. Carolyn Cason, and UTARI Executive Director, Lieutenant General (Retired) Rick Lynch, the meetings are focused on how to improve the process and procedures of commercializing research at UTA. Commercialization of research is critical for UTA on its path to become a Tier I nationally recognized Research University.

Translational Research Advancement Network to Support, Fund, Organize, Roll-Out, and Motivate UT Innovations
A new funding program has been announced to support innovation and entrepreneurial activities at all UT campuses (UT Transform Program). They are now ready to receive your ideas and funding proposals! UT TRANSFORM provides up to $10,000 in seed funding for innovative commercialization projects in development from UT Systems Institutions. To apply for seed funding and read more about any rules and guidelines, go to http://loyacenter.utep.edu/ut-transform/seed_funding_competition.php. Applications will be evaluated as they are submitted. Funds are limited, so earlier applications may have greater access to available funds.
