Description: National Park Service Recovery Act Project - At Sitka National Historical Park youth corps personnel will work with park personnel to repair the Totem Loop Trail. NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD task agreement under existing cooperative agreement incorporating ARRA terms and conditions. Southeast Alaska Guidance Association/Youth Corps provide job training, experiential education, and leadership opportunities to local young people through partnerships with land agency sponsers.
