On July 1, 2008, the Annual Staff Forum was held in the University Center's Blue Bonnet Ballroom. Many of the University's Executive Officers were on hand to present information on the new student e-mail system and answer questions from staff members.

On July 25, 2007, the Annual Staff Forum was held in the University Center's Rio Grande Ballroom. Many of the University's Executive Officers were on hand to present information on what their areas were working on and answer questions from staff members.
