What is a High Risk computer?

In general, a high-risk computer is one that is used by an employee to access, view, modify, transmit, store or otherwise handle Category I (Confidential) information, the unauthorized release of which could compromise the privacy or confidentiality of an individual, could violate federal or state regulation, could cause monetary loss to the institution, or could otherwise cause harm to the reputation of the university.
