Apr 25 (Fri) – Draft summer Research Proposal due to McNair Office. A Meeting #2 for 2008 McNair interns, 12-1:30 pm, San Saba, U.Ctr. Human Resources representative to assist with summer appointments. Lunch.
May 2 (Fri) – End of Year Celebration at Gilligan's. Come (bring an adult friend) and celebrate with our May McNair graduates! 6:15-8:00. Door Prizes!

The flying seagull is the SOAR symbol and reminds students that they can "soar" above problems they may encounter on a university campus if they seek out the help available. The programs in SOAR are designed to assist students to succeed in the classroom and to make their experience at UTA a meaningful one.
