Outreach Services Program

New Connections provides center-based, home-based and outreach services for drug-involved families and women at risk for substance abuse. The mission of the programs is to build healthy and nurturing families by teaching the skills and knowledge to improve parenting, promote appropriate child development, and support recovery.
