Tarrant County Advocate Programs (part of Youth Advocate Programs, Inc.) is hiring several graduate students who have open hours during the day to work as Community Living Specialists (CLS). The pay rate is $15 per hour, and the hours range from 10 to 30 per week. Our mission is to help At-Risk youth ages 3-18 avoid institutionalization in a hospital, residential treatment center, or foster home. The CLS works closely with MHMR, therapists, and community members to provide the Youth and family with services to attain this goal. CLS will be supervised weekly, and will learn a great deal about community resources, networking, mental health, Parenting classes, and more.

REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree; Automobile liability coverage of 100,000/300,000; excellent driving history; pass criminal background check; availability during the weekday. MALES and BILINGUAL are strongly urged to apply.
