AIDS Arms has a challenging opportunity for a Social Worker or Psychologist to provide a range of care coordination services and individualized recovery and treatment support for HIV positive homeless individuals diagnosed with mental health and substance abuse disorders.
The program is part of a Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) Special Project of National Significance, focused on developing a Medical Home for Multiply Diagnosed HIV positive Homeless Populations.
The position requires a Master’s degree in social work or other social service discipline or 2 years experience in lieu of each year of higher education and a minimum of three years’ experience providing case management or care coordination. An LMSW, LCSW or LPC with current unrestricted Texas licensure is highly desired.
