Child Advocates of Tarrant County provides trained, court-appointed volunteers to serve as court advocates for children in child abuse and neglect cases who have been placed in foster care.

Opportunity:

Volunteers will serve as independent voices in court on behalf of abused and neglected children's best interests and in pursuit of safe, permanent homes. The volunteer will work with all parties involved in the assigned case and visit the child regularly. Volunteer training required (30 hours).
