Opportunity: |
Relay For Life is a life-changing event that brings people together to celebrate the lives of those who have battled cancer,remember loved ones lost to the disease, and offer an opportunity to fight back.
Event Chair and co-chair - Recruit members of the community to manage aspects of the event.
Team Development chair - Recruit teams to participate at the event.
Sponsorship chair - Secure sponsorship or underwriting donations from local companies.
Survivor chair - Register survivors and host survivor celebration at the event.
Accounting chair - Oversee the tabulation of donations.
Logistics chair - Make the arrangement for the facility and make sure that materials are provided for the event.
Luminaria chair - Assist in selling Luminarias prior to and at the event.
PR & Marketing chair - Coordinate all media coverage.
Data Collection/On-line chair - Input of all participant data and event website maintenance.
Activities and Entertainment chair - Securing music, adult and children activities at the event.
