Join us for one of the most unique events in Dallas/Fort Worth! On February 20, 2010, hundreds of people will huff and puff their way to the top of the Renaissance Tower in Downtown Dallas for a great cause. This is more than your same-old 5K. This event is a vertical race to climb 53 floors. Whether climbing for a winning time or simply to cross the finish line, in honor or in memory of someone with lung disease, this event is a great way to challenge yourself physically. We guarantee that all finishers will have a newfound respect for healthy lungs! The ALA is looking for individuals to donate their time on the day of the climb to help with things like check-in, water stops, distributing t-shirts and most importantly, cheering on participants! Are you a medical professional? We need first responders stationed throughout the event to help in case of an emergency.
