AnimeUTA: the Japanese Animation Appreciation Society of the University of Texas at Arlington


	All Things FUNimation We have recently been doing business with FUNimation, the company that brings Dragon Ball Z, Dragon Ball, and Yu Yu Hakushow to your television. From time to time we will have screenings of their upcoming releases in the Rosebud Theater in the University Center. We also sell DVDs and tapes at a disounted price. Representatives of FUNimation such as director/voice actor Chris Sabat (Piccolo, Yamcha, Vegeta) and voice actor Kyle Hebert (Teen Gohan) have come to our screenings and to ArlingCon. Funimation DVDs Starting at the February 16th meeting, AnimeUTA will be selling Funimation DVDs at 20 bucks a pop! This is better than retail prices. The dvds available at each meeting will be different each time as Funimation picks up more and more series. We will be selling Dragon Ball Z, and Blue Gender dvds at first, but hopefully we'll get our hands on Dragon Ball, Lupin III, Yu Yu Hakusho, and Fruits Basket.
