Psi Chi and the Psychology Society provide informal advice about study strategies for making it through tough classes and what to do to get recognition as a promising student for graduate, professional or medical school. While we provide a comforting ear, and we are also a voice. We are often asked for input on policy changes within the department by faculty and administrators. We are also active in student government through Science Constituency Council. One of our main goals is to provide support for students and through that also promote the level of scholarship at UTA.
