Midas Financials is a small
commercial mortgage broker, with
an office in downtown Dallas.
Originally, we specialized in
hospitality financing, but now
we are expanding into other
areas as well as larger
projects. Therefore, we
currently need assistance due to
our increased volume and variety
of projects. The basic job
descriptions are as follows:

Marketing Researcher
- Assist with targeting
potential financing sources
whose lending criteria match
our projects in hand. Also
create a database
categorizing lender
preferences and loan
guidelines. Identify
potential clients and
opportunities for business
expansion. Target most
promising advertising
venues.

Underwriter
– Initial review &
organization of projects to
determine their financial
strength. Designing
analysis spreadsheets for
specific commercial
properties types.
(Both positions 2 students
15-20 hours each)

small company, we are very
flexible in job descriptions.

to many different aspects of our
