The Leadership Academy

The Leadership Academy is a prestigious leadership development program designed for UTA students. The program is a comprehensive plan designed to cultivate a well-rounded student leader through academic instruction, organizational involvement, and structured learning opportunities both on and off campus. Students eligible for this program are incoming freshman, current UTA students who have an interest in formal leadership training and current campus leaders.

The Leadership Center ascribes to the Komives, Lucas and McMahon Relational Leadership Model, seeking to develop leaders who embody the five components: Empowering, Process-Oriented, Purposeful, Inclusive & Ethical

 

Leadership Academy Requirements

 

As a member of the Leadership Academy, you will be afforded the opportunity to craft your journey and in doing so, if all requirements are met, you can graduate with Leadership Honors.
