-No cell phones, laptops, or headphones
-No food at the front desk
-No guests behind the front desk
-Wear closed-toe shoes, and keep them on at all times
-Wear a UTA shirt, preferably your staff shirt or Brazos House shirt
-No athletic type pants, including basketball shorts and yoga pants
-Greet EVERY person that walks into the building
You must call the RD on call EVERY time you call UTA PD or PD is present in the community.
You must turn in this duty log at the end of your last round.

Stuff to Be Done in the Office
Make sure you are wearing your name tag in the office and while on rounds.
Ensure that all equipment has been returned to the office before closing.
Ensure that all keys and temp cards have been returned.
Put away any equipment in its appropriate location
Empty the garbage and straighten the office.
Pick up any letters to be delivered and take them with you.
Make sure you have the RA cell phone and RA On-Call Binder
Put Flash and Daily Office Duties in RD’s box.
Email the Communication Log to the RD
Turn off lights
Make sure the office window is closed and locked
If you did not complete a task/check every box, explain why.
Sunday - Wednesday between 10:00-10:15 pm
Thursday - Saturday between 11:00pm-11:15pm
This is your chance to meet people, talk to residents, and find out what’s going on in the hall. Use this time to deliver letters from the office, hang up posters, etc. and make note of the overall mood of the community.
Sunday - Wednesday between Midnight- 12:30am
Thursday - Saturday between 1:00am-1:15am
Each round should be a high-quality round with intentional resident interaction and also having more visibility later on the weekends. Please make sure the stove is not left on or unattended.

Totally dead and a little creepy.
Quiet. Few residents in the halls and common spaces.
Moderately quiet. Some residents around and talking.
Active. Almost every hall or common space has people in it.
Loud. There is a program or event and a lot is going on.
Tense. Residents seem on edge.
Ridiculous. There are many incidents.
