EXPLAIN THIS TO THE RESIDENT: The form has been sent to our University contact for Time Warner Cable (TWC) who will review and pass on to TWC for a replacement. It may take several days to have the new modem installed. You will receive a confirmation email that this has been submitted and you may or may not receive notification of when the install is scheduled prior to it occurring. You can follow up with Justin Samuel if you have any questions.
