Stuff to Be Done in the Office * Make sure you are wearing your name tag in the office and while on rounds. Ensure that all equipment has been returned to the office before closing. Ensure that all keys and temp cards have been returned. Put away any equipment in its appropriate location Empty the garbage and straighten the office. Pick up any letters to be delivered and take them with you. Make sure you have the RA Pager and Radio Forward the office phone to your room and put up the RA on call sign. Put Flash in RD’s box. Email the Communication Log to the RD (if not already done) Turn off lights Make sure the gate is closed and locked
Round 1: The Social Round 10:00-10:15 pm (after relieving the OA from the front office)

Time of Round 1: * : HH MM AM/PM
Round one is your chance to meet people, talk to residents, and find out what’s going on in the hall. Use this time to deliver letters from the office, hang up posters, etc. and make note of the overall busyness and mood of the community.

Round 2: The “In-Between” Round- 11:00pm

Time of Round 2: * : HH MM AM/PM
During your second round you should be checking on the general state of the residents and confronting any problems.
Also, make sure to remove any outdated posters or flyers. Don’t forget to check pull-stations and fire extinguishers.

Round 3: The Late Night Round (Midnight- 12:30am)

Time of Round 3: * : HH MM AM/PM
Round three is the time to check for policy violations and confront any other problems you find. Also, please make sure the stove is not left on unattended. (Don't forget to call call maintenance in or submit them online)
