Elect Her
Elect Her: UT Arlington Women Win is now accepting applications! Elect Her is a free student leadership training program that encourages college women to run for student government. During the training, students will learn the nuts and bolts of running a student government campaign, how to develop and communicate an effective message, how to reach out to their constituency, how to win a campaign, and key leadership skills.
Elect Her will be held Wednesday, March 6, 2013 from 4-9 pm in Concho in the University Center. The event is free and open to all students currently enrolled at UT Arlington. Dinner will be provided. To apply, fill out either the paper or electronic application. The paper application can be downloaded, filled out, and submitted to Kendra Kliesen in B150 in the lower level of the University Center. Simply click the link to fill out and submit the electronic application. The deadline to apply is Friday, March 1, 2013.
