| Whereas: | UTA does not offer any fax machine on campus for student use; and |
| Whereas: | Faxing documentation is required for the most efficient method of service while working with state/governmental agencies, insurance companies, doctor offices, and potential employers; and |
| Whereas: | It is hard for students to get access to a fax machine between classes, work, and their other responsibilities during regular business hours. |
| Be It Therefore Resolved That: | UTA have available a fax machine in Ransom Hall or the Central Library at little or no cost so students may send and receive faxes. |
| Be It Further Resolved That: | If a cost is implemented it be taken from the student's print quota. |
| Be It Further Resolved That: | This service include out of state and/or long distance fax numbers. |
