Whereas:

The fountains outside University Hall and the fountain outside the Old Planetarium have surrounding brick walls with portions that are cracked, discolored, chipped, and/or missing portions.

Whereas:

The current status of the fountain barrier walls create an eye sore which do not reflect highly on the university to both visitors and students

Be It Therefore Resolved That:

The fountains be professionally refurbished in order to achieve a more aesthetically pleasing appearance
