Whereas:

Many universities have outdoor life-size statues, such as their founder or mascot, on their campuses to enhance the general appearance and spirit on their campuses.

Whereas:

UT Arlington does not have an outdoor statue of any kind on campus.

Be It Therefore Resolved That:

UT Arlington erects a relevant life-sized outdoor statue of a distinguished individual with ties to the community and university.
