Remarks:

UTA's printing fees are lower than several other UT system schools.

Whereas:

The color printing fee per page has risen from 15 cents per page to fifty cents per page.

Whereas:

Many students find this tremendous raise in color printing fees to be burdensome with the current print quota of $100 per year.

Be It Therefore Resolved That:

The color printing fee per page be lowered.

Be It Further Resolved That:

If the color printing fee per page is not lowered then there be an increase in the yearly printing quota.
