Whereas:

UTA is prone to promote events in the Rosebud Theatre; and

Whereas:

Rosebud Theatre was constructed at an angle and not ADA compliant; and

Whereas:

Students in wheelchairs have no place to park themselves without the fear of rolling down the aisles; and

Whereas:

Texas Hall has cut outs in various places that allows for students with wheelchairs to safely park themselves without the worry of rolling away; and

Be It Therefore Resolved That:

Rosebud Theatre be modified to allow students with wheelchairs to safely attend events and be ADA compliant.
