Whereas:

Many campus events are held in either the Bluebonnet Ballroom or Rosebud Theatre; and

Whereas:

The bathrooms closest to these two rooms are not ADA compliant, despite claims; and

Whereas:

Visitors inform the Office of Students with Disabilities about how the named bathroom is not wheelchair friendly;

Be It Therefore Resolved That:

The bathroom stalls near the Bluebonnet Ballroom and Rosebud Theatre be modified to be wheelchair-accessible and be compliant with current ADA Standards.

Be It Further Resolved That:

Until the Modification of the Bathrooms are completed, a sign be posted stating the location of the nearest ADA compliant bathrooms, which are in bowling and billiards.
