Remarks:

Cost of enclosed posting is too expensive and the size of them is much smaller than current boards. It would also cost a lot to try to enforce any policy made.

Whereas:

Individuals on campus are ripping down posters and flyers on campus.

Be It Therefore Resolved That:

More enclosed bulletin boards and electronic bulletin boards be placed around campus.

Be It Further Resolved That:

Stronger penalties be placed on individuals caught ripping down posters and flyers.
