There's Library signage for phone already in place.

Whereas:

The fifth floor of the Central Library is the only designated quiet study area in the Central Library; and

Whereas:

There are often students who have difficulty remaining quiet in the quiet study area.

Be It Therefore Resolved That:

The Central Library have a courtesy phone installed so that a librarian may be easily reached to inform students of the quiet area policy.

Be It Further Resolved That:

Signs be posted on the fifth floor stating the location of said courtesy phone.
