Remarks:

The university moved students to a new email systems which has a "SkyDrive" with 5 gigabytes of electronic file storage. The "SkyDrive" addresses this need.

Whereas:

The student J:drive memory of 160 Megabytes is not sufficient amount of memory space

Be It Therefore Resolved That:

The J: drive memory size be increased to at least 1 Gigabyte.
