Shelves would violate the ADA code. Facilities Management is currently working to improve restrooms.

Whereas:

Many restroom stalls on campus lack a shelf to place loose items, books, etc.; and

Whereas:

This cause inconvenience and can sometimes be a hygiene issue.

Be It Therefore Resolved That:

A shelf be installed in every restroom stall on campus.
