Whereas:

Nedderman Drive between the Forest Glen Apartments (south of UTA Blvd.) and the intersection at Greek Row is poorly lit; and

Whereas:

This then becomes a hazard to the high pedestrian and vehicular traffic on Nedderman Drive.

Be It Therefore Resolved That:

The lighting be increased to reduce this safety hazard.
