Remarks:

Whereas:

The University allocates a print quota of $100.00 to students every academic year; and

Whereas:

Many students enroll in Wintermester, Maymester and summer classes and are given the same amount of course work as a regular term; and

Whereas:

This quota does not take into account students who take more than the average hours of classes, students who are enrolled in upper level classes, and students who rely heavily on printing for notes and course papers; and

Whereas:

Many students are left with little print quota funds by the end of the Fall (and Spring) semester(s).

Be It Therefore Resolved That:

Students enrolled in Wintermester, Maymester, and summer terms be allotted a specific amount of additional print quota funds to fulfill their needs for coursework.
