Remarks:

Whereas:

Students who live in the residence halls are required to park in designated residence hall parking lots; and

Whereas:

The parking lots to the north and south of Lipscomb Hall (containing an estimated 350 parking spots total) are allocated to the residences of Lipscomb Hall and Kaplana Chawla Hall (approximately 752); and

Whereas:

These lots frequently become full and students living in the halls are unable to find parking in these designated residence hall lots.

Be It Therefore Resolved That:

The parking lot to the east of the Lipscomb South parking lot is made available for residents only.
