Ransom Hall is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; and

Whereas:

A high volume of students use the facilities during the evening hours; and

Whereas:

The north walkway has no lighting for students leaving Ransom Hall.

Be It Therefore Resolved That:

That an emergency call box is placed on the Ransom Hall building.
