Campus Event Forms Instructions
Please be aware that this system is a work in progress, and your insights into the process will be appreciated. Also, please know that although these forms may be submitted online, you will still need to pick up your stamped copies in our office, and may need to continue to submit them to the appropriate reservationist as in the past.

Reserving a Room on Campus 

«     Registered Student Organizations Only «     Note: Your advisor’s signature is needed on the Campus Events Information Sheet.
Also, to avoid unnecessary delay and confusion, it is very important to follow the correct procedure in reserving campus facilities for events or meetings:
 
/          To Reserve a Room in the University Center
1.     Fill out a "Campus Events Information Sheet" available in the Office of Student Governance and Organizations.  2.     Take the stamped "Campus Events Information Sheet" to the University Center Operations Office and reserve the room, equipment, and services desired. Use of equipment and services may result in charges. 3.     Be sure the room reservation form adequately represents the set-up and equipment you need for the event.  Late requests may have charges associated with them or may not be granted at all. 4.     Please Note:  Student Organizations may not reserve the Palo Duro Lounge. 
/          To Reserve Academic Space
1.     Fill out a "Campus Events Information Sheet" available in the Office of Student Governance and Organizations. 2.     Take the stamped "Campus Events Information Sheet" to the Registrar's Office, 129 Davis Hall, to reserve the desired room.
/          To Reserve Outdoor Space
1.     Fill out a "Campus Events Information Sheet" available in the Office of Student Governance and Organizations. Contact the Office of Student Governance and Organizations.  
/          To Schedule Other University Facilities
1.     Fill out a "Campus Events Information Sheet" available in the Office of Student Governance and Organizations. 2.     Take the stamped "Campus Events Information Sheet" to the office responsible for reserving the facility:

Building Use Policy
 
    In order to keep University facilities in the best condition possible for the next group using them; building policies have been established to ensure that everyone benefits equally from the facilities. Each area determines its own policies; therefore, any questions should be directed to the persons in charge of specific facilities.
