The activities and insight that the ambassadors receive, as a resident assistant it’s important to me to get students involved on campus.

It looked fun and the serving of the UTA community intrigued me.

I wanted to be involved in a fun social organization.

I think people start of spirit and at the middle of the year it dies down and the momentum should be kept up the whole year.

I think I can bring spirit, and fun to the Ambassador program.

1. What interested you in the Ambassador Program?
I saw Ambassadors doing a lot my freshman year and I knew that I wanted to be a part of the Ambassador program.
2. Why did you want to be an ambassador?
I wanted to be an ambassador to meet new people, get more involved, and show more pride in my school.
3. What do you think is lacking spirit wise at UTA?
At other colleges the schools and area around the school are basically painted the school colors. I believe UTA and Arlington could be more spirited with our school colors to show more Maverick pride.

I think that I can help spread the ambassador name and pride around campus by attending different events and representing the Maverick Spirit.

1. What interested you in the program?
I became interested in the Ambassador program when I talked to Caitlin Wright about her leadership involvement at UTA. Her excitement about this program made me want to join.
2. Why do you want to be an ambassador?
I want to be an ambassador so that I can promote school spirit and get other students to be proud Mavericks like me. I would love for the student body to take pride in UTA.
3. What do you think you can do to improve the ambassador program?
I can help improve the ambassador program by bringing in my love for UTA and school spirit. When things need to get done, I can be held accountable as a responsible student leader.

A lot of people don’t really know what all goes on at UTA. Also, with there being so many people not planning on staying here for all four years, a lot of people just don’t want to or care to get excited about UTA.

Because Ambassadors are cool!! But honestly I just notice how our Maverick pride went down in the Spring semester and I wanted to help change that.
