Latest News About the L.A.O.S. Club

 

 

4/4/07 — International Fashion Show

 

         During International Week (a.k.a. I-Week), the L.A.O.S. Club won the ‘Favorite Exhibit’ award.  This award was based on votes received from school children and the L.A.O.S. club total votes was 17 out of 40, which resulted in the club getting the most votes from all the other organizations.  Last year’s I-Week, the L.A.O.S. Club also obtained an award called the ‘Best Statesmanship’ award.  Last year was the first year this specific award was given to an organization and the L.A.O.S. Club had the honor of being the first to accept the award.

 

 

 

5/18/07 — End of Year Gathering

 

         This is a tentative date for this upcoming event!  We are hoping that this event will be possible so that all UT Arlington’s organizations will be able to get together one last time before the end of the semester.  The planned time is from 12:00 pm — 6:00 pm and there will fun and games during this time.  There will also be a volleyball tournament, so please come and join in on the fun.  Hope to see you there!
