About Us

NASA is an organization dedicated to supporting Native American students at UTA and the Native American community in general. We also serve as the UTA chapter of the American Indian Science & Engineering Society, a national organization dedicated to supporting Native Americans who pursue science, engineering and technical careers.

Membership

You can also stop by one of our meetings. We meet regularly to discuss and organize community events. Look for our posted flyers and pavement chalkings around campus to find out where we're meeting. Please contact our Faculty Advisor for current meeting time and location information.

Don't forget that every year we organize and host a Powwow which funds the annual NASA Scholarship. Getting involved in that enterprise automatically makes you a member!

NASA membership is free and open to all UTA students and faculty interested in supporting the Native American community. To become a member, please download and fill out our membership form. The form will explain the various methods of sending it to us. If you have any questions, please email us at nativestudentsassn@gmail.com.
