.: Who We Are & What We Do
The Student National Medical Association (SNMA) is one of the oldest and largest student organizations focused on the needs and concerns of pre-medical, pre-dental, and pre-allied health students. Membership includes nearly 5,000 medical students, pre-medical students, residents, and licensed physicians. We address issues in community health education, health care delivery, academic medicine, and seeks to serve the fraternal needs of the students. We maintain an active participation as a member of Consortium of Medical Organizations. We are also the official organizational delegate to the American Medical Association Medical Student Section House of Delegates.
