Elaine Vaught, Chief Engineer and Innovation Deputy, Textron Inc.

Master's Degree from Texas Christian University
Ms. Vaught is currently serving as the Chief Engineer and Innovation Deputy for Textron, Inc.
Textron is a $14B, multi-industry company which includes Cessna Aircraft, Bell Helicopter, Textron Systems, E-Z-GO, Kautex, and other industrial business units.
In her position, she is responsible for creating and implementing an engineering, technology, and innovation strategy for Textron.
She also chairs the Engineering & Technology Council which is populated with technical executives from each Textron business unit.
Prior to joining Textron, she spent 23 years at Bell Helicopter in engineering and program management, and was Senior Vice President of Engineering & XworX.
She holds a number of board positions with professional and personal associations and societies.

Susan Jeroslow (accompanied by Christi
Summers)
Susan Jeroslow is a 2001 graduate of the University of Texas
at Austin with a BS in Advertising. She began working at Lockheed Martin
Aeronautics in 2002 as a Subcontract Administrator. In that role, she
helped procure and manage major subsystems for the F-16 aircraft and worked
closely with engineers on her Integrated Product Teams. In March of this year
she transitioned into her role as part of Lockheed Martin University Relations
as a Campus Recruiting Representative. She is proud to have UTA is one of her
schools and enjoys recruiting the talented engineers and other majors from such
an exceptional school.
Christi Summers is a 2002 graduate of UTA with a BS in
Computer Science Engineering. She works at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics as a
Systems Engineer in F16 test station system design and integration. She is a
past UTA student SWE member holding office of Webmaster, newsletter editor,
treasure and vice president. She is currently a member of the SWE Ft. Worth
Professional Society, professional counselor to the UTA chapter and a member of
the UTA recruiting team for Lockheed.
