Jennifer Vilbig, EIT is a civil engineer in the land development group of Jacobs Engineering in Fort Worth. Previously, she worked as a civil engineer for CH2M Hill in Dallas and Houston. While with CH2M Hill, Jennifer's projects included site design on a US Air Force Base abroad, as well as numerous industrial sites. Jennifer also designed numerous crude oil pipelines. At Jacobs, her current projects include natural gas drilling permitting for drill sites and pipelines and design of a data center for the US government as well as 3D modeling in support of earthwork calculations. She graduated with a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Georgia Tech in 2007 after starting college early at the Texas Academy of Math & Science at the University of North Texas in Denton. Jennifer was an officer of her SWE section in college and has stayed actively involved in Dallas SWE, serving as the membership chair and counselor for SMU. She enjoys traveling and playing with her 2-year old lab/golden retriever dog. October 4, 2010 Rebecca Rasor, P.E., Managing Director, Trinity River Corridor Project Rebecca Rasor is a native Texan, born and raised in Terrell, Texas. Rebecca moved to Dallas shortly after earning her Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University (class of ’83), and began her career as an Engineer Assistant with the City of Dallas Water Utilities Department at the Central Wastewater Treatment Plant in 1984. Rebecca worked for the Water Utilities Department for 15 years, and eventually held the position of Assistant Director of Wastewater Operations. She was appointed to her current position as Director of the Trinity River Corridor Project in August of 1999. Rebecca is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas. |
