UTA Nursing no longer accepts the HESI A2 exam, it has been superseded by the TEAS exam. For information about Nursing's requirements visit www.uta.edu/conhi/admissions/nursing-undergrad/hesi.php. 

We continue to offer the HESI A2 for students who may be applying to other institutions' programs that still use the HESI A2. 

IS THERE A WAY I CAN PREPARE FOR THE TEST?

There is an optional study manual available at the UTA Book Store, or you may review the HESI Preparation tools at: Elsevier Evolve.

REGISTER FOR THE HESI A2

You can register for your test appointment on the UTA Testing Services Scheduling site. After you register with UTA, create your Evolve Account. You will need these credentials to test.

FEE FOR THE HESI A2

The HESI A2 exam is $85.

RETAKE POLICY

As UTA no longer accepts this exam, it is each student's responsibility to check with their institution or program regarding policies for retesting.
