Dual Degree Programs
Dual-degree programs enable students to earn two master’s degrees simultaneously by sharing up to 18 credit hours that may be used jointly to satisfy requirements for both degrees. This flexibility allows students to earn two degrees in less time and at less expense than if they pursue the degrees separately.
Students who earn dual degrees have increased career opportunities because they have in-depth understanding in two professional fields. Arrangements for the following Dual Degree programs have been pre-approved by the relevant Graduate Advisors. Students wishing to pursue dual degree programs other than those defined below should contact the Graduate School for details. Students must apply to and be admitted to each participating program. Admission to and enrollment in the programs must be concurrent. Students must be admitted to the second program before completing more than 24 semester hours in the first, exclusive of foundation courses, and must complete the second degree within three academic years following completion of the first. If you wish to apply for a Dual Degree, and have spoken with the Graduate Advisors in both programs, please download and fill out this form
